Positive: The owner is a very nice person. Location was good in the supervised area but maybe a bit far from the city by public transportation. Was very nice to have a parking spot inside. Breakfast was maybe a bit too little, fresh bread instead of toast bread would have been nice but the pastry was fresh and very good and in fact just enough.
Negative: Depending on other guests it can get noisy. Something not really under the host control because it bad to do with the isolation. But maybe i would add a note somewhere on a wall to make guests aware to keep it a bit quiet after 10pm. One evening someone checked in just before 11pm just across our room and had to hear the whole check in explanation that happened i think close to our room. Those guests were also closing the door very hard so if you’re lucky to have quiet guests during your stay you’re lucky. That night i had difficulty falling asleep because of noise till after 12am.
